Mark Gubernik is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, with more than 29 years of experience in the financial planning industry. He has a special affinity for pre- and post-retirees who would like to plan for their financial security.
Mark is married to Lisa, his wife of more than 20 years, and has two girls, Melanie (20), and Amanda (16). The two girls definitely keep them busy! Melanie headed off to college in the fall — the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She plans to major in journalism and is excited to be a Badger! Amanda, on the other hand, will be an only child once Melanie is away at school. Amanda has been a competitive dancer since she was in the third grade and will be on the high school varsity dance team. She was excited to get her driver's license in September. Her parents are not excited!
Mark plays the drums with other local musicians and previously played in a rock ‘n roll band called “Mack Daddyz.” Mark loves to travel, and the family’s favorite places to visit are New York and downtown Chicago. Mark is brilliant at locating great and reasonably-priced hotels in both cities! Be sure to ask him about it.
